Loch na Bo is a historic, family-owned private Scottish estate set across approximately ~900 acres of woodland and grounds surrounding a 42-acre private loch. The Estate is available for exclusive-use stays, weddings and private experiences, with a six-bedroom house accommodating up to 12 guests.

Loch na Bo is located in Moray in northeast Scotland, close to Elgin and Speyside and within easy reach of the Scottish Highlands. The Estate is approximately 15 minutes from Elgin train station, 50 minutes from Inverness and around 1 hour 20 minutes from Aberdeen, making it easily accessible by rail, road and air.

The house has six bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Guests booking Loch na Bo have exclusive use of the house and Estate throughout their stay, making it ideal for family gatherings, groups of friends, celebrations and private retreats.

Yes. Loch na Bo is offered on an exclusive-use basis, giving guests privacy across the house, loch and Estate during their stay. There are no other guest groups sharing the property.

Guests can enjoy the private loch, rowing boats, brown trout fishing, a lochside sauna, private gym and walking trails through the Estate's woodland and grounds. Loch na Bo can also arrange or recommend additional experiences, from private dining to exploring the surrounding region.

Yes. Loch na Bo has a private loch with brown trout fishing available to guests. Rowing boats are also available, allowing guests to experience the loch from the water. Private fishing may occasionally be available when the Estate is not occupied, subject to prior arrangement.

Yes. Loch na Bo is an exclusive-use Scottish estate wedding venue for intimate ceremonies and larger marquee celebrations of up to 150 guests.
